Zunsport Grilles are made from 316L Stainless Steel. They are not coated but are electro polished to provide a long lasting bright finish. Washing your grilles at the same time as washing your car is the only maintenance required, and because there is no coating there is nothing to flake, or chip.
Zunsport Grilles are designed to be as easy as possible to fit. All of our grille sets can be fitted in less than one hour, and many do not require any tools to be fitted. There is no need to make changes to your car to be able to fit a Zunsport Grille. In 99% of cases the grille fits over the existing grille feature on your car. This does not mean to say that a Zunsport Grille will not look integral to your car – attention has been paid to ensure that the grille becomes a part of the new character of your car. Neither does this mean that the grille is not secure to your car. Each grille, once fitted, will fit precisely to the contours of the car and will be secure and safe.
Zunsport Grilles are available in Black, by special order. The grilles are made to the same specification but then coated in a black polymer. This has the advantage that if the polymer takes a “big hit” from road debris it will shrink back around the metal, and because the metal is stainless steel there will not be a “bleed”. In this way a Zunsport Black grille always looks black. An average price for a black grille is £20 additional to the standard stainless steel. All Zunsport Grilles come with a lifelong guarantee – unfortunately that is the life of the car, not your life. If your grille fades, rusts or breaks through normal wear and tear we will replace your grille – that is our confidence in our grilles for both material and workmanship.
If you do not see a grille to fit your car do not be deterred. We are continuously expanding our range, and we can make one-offs (after all, we are the specialist stainless steel grille company). By sending us an e-mail or telephoning we will be able to discuss with you the options available. If you choose to have a special one made then it will mean coming to our factory on two occasions: one for the measuring and secondly for the final fitting.
To allow us to develop our range of grilles we do need donor vehicles. If you have a vehicle which is not on our current list of products and you are prepared to allow us to use your vehicle then please let us know and we can discuss with you how we might achieve this.
